Miami General Contractor Services was built upon a solid foundation of international experience in the construction industry.
Our founder, Manuel Enríquez, is a licensed General Contractor in Florida, a Civil Engineer from the University of Chile, and a Technical Architect from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in Chile, Spain, and now the U.S., he has led residential construction, heritage building rehabilitation, and technical consulting projects, with a strong focus on structural consolidation and practical, efficient execution.
Since relocating to Miami in 2020, Manuel has specialized in residential developments.

• Code Violation Legalization: We help property owners resolve unpermitted work, navigate the permitting maze, and regain full code compliance.
